Lauren Arnold
Founder and CEO
Lauren is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both the Colorado and national non-profit and for-profit sectors. She specializes in aligning strategy, planning, and execution to help organizations achieve maximum impact.
She has served as CEO, COO, CFO, and Chief of Staff for organizations dedicated to child welfare, human services, LGBTQ+ rights, and youth mental health—bringing a strategic mindset and a commitment to operational excellence to every role.
Before entering the non-profit arena, Lauren was a turnaround CFO and investment banker in the energy and infrastructure industries. Her career began in international service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines.
Lauren holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College, an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School, and an M.A. in International Affairs and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
Morgan McCarter
Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
Morgan is a student at Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business, where she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. A rising leader in her field, she brings sharp strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills and a natural talent for authentic communication to everything she does.
