lauren arnold

Founder

Lauren specializes in aligning strategy, planning and execution to help organizations achieve maximum impact.

She has served as CEO, COO, CFO and Chief of Staff for organizations dedicated to child welfare, human services, LGBTQ+ rights, and youth mental health.

Before entering the non-profit arena, Lauren was a turnaround CFO and investment banker in the energy and infrastructure industries. Her career began in international service as a Peace Corps Volunteer.

She holds a BA in Government from Dartmouth College, an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University.

Morgan brings sharp strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills and a natural talent for communication to everything we do.

With her collaborative spirit and exceptional digital world skills, she keeps our projects on track, shapes compelling messages and drives meaningful results for all of us.

She is an honors graduate of Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.
